The 2019 Open Trials starts this weekend, 4^th & 5^th May, please see attached groups for this round.

All venues open at 10.30am for an 11am start.

If you are available to adjudicate please let me know ASAP?

The format for this year’s trials are as follows:

Round 1 - 4^th & 5^th May (Top 32 seeds have a Bye)– Round robin x 3 with top 4 players progressing to round 2

Round 2 - 11^th & 12^th of May – (9^th – 32^nd seed come in) – 8 Groups of 8 players - Round robin x 3 with top 4 progressing to round 3

Round 3 - 18^th & 19^th of May (Top 8 seeds come in) – 4 groups of 10 players – Round robin x 3 with top 5 progressing to round 4

Round 4 – 31^st May (Evening), 1^st & 2^nd of June - (Top 20) – Round robin x 4 with top 7 players making the ACT Open Team

NOTE: The Top 20 will start on Friday 31^st @ 7pm and will play half round 1 (will finish around 10 – 10.30pm). This will enable the Top 20 to be finished in 1 weekend.

There is also one weekends break between round 3 & 4 due to the Long weekend on 25^th of May.
