Be aware that matches are only played until one team reaches 13 frames, no need to continue as the players frame counts do not count towards stats. (And yes - there have been a few 13-0 results over the years...)
In the event of a draw, both captains will write down 5 players on the back of their scoresheet in playing order, to contest a race to 3 playoff. The home team breaks the first frame, with the break then alternating.
In rounds played at neutral venues, teams will toss a coin to decide who is the home team on the scoresheet.

Winner of Match 3 qualifies for Grand Final, loser of Match 4 is eliminated.

Match 5: loser Match 3 v winner Match 4 (loser eliminated)
Grand Final
Winner Match 3 v Winner Match 5
